All bouquets are made with integrity and love. Please note that the colour and types of flowers may differ from the ones you see in the photographs on this website, this is due to availability.

All flowers are packaged in water with brown paper wrap, ribbon and placed stylishly into a box bag. The best way to look after your flowers on arrival is to take them out of their packaging, to trim their stems and to put them straight into a vessel of fresh water. We advise to position your flowers somewhere cool, not near a radiator, fire or in direct sunlight. All stems have varying shelf lives however, your flowers should last at least five days and normally much longer and if you wish to prolong the life of your bouquet repeat these steps by regularly replacing with fresh water.

In an event that you should wish to make a complaint then we require notification by email to flowersbysophiemillington@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of collection of the order - with supporting imagery if the complaint is with reference to the quality of the flowers. Your comments are then evaluated and we shall make the necessary course of action and respond to you as soon as possible.  We reserve the right not to issue a full refund for the arrangement but we will of course offer, where possible, replacement florals, a partial refund/voucher offer.
